We redesigned their database systems according to best practises and moved their business processes onto a system based upon workflow.

We helped with cost reduction by delivering an online channel for customers to submit Single Farm Payment claims, in the process beginning to eliminate the existing paper based channels and all the associated manual validation and verification overheads.
