Prove the Concept
To avoid misunderstanding we prototype the solution and refine it to ensure your final deliverable is exactly what you anticipated. This typically takes the form of screens so you can verify that the high level requirements have been captured and validates that they address the problem.

Price and Schedule
Once the prototype has been completed, we will then carry out detailed design to allow us to cost the features. We can then decide on a delivery schedule, typically delivering the core functionality in the first iteration. Iterations are typically a month or so in duration and there are usually one to three iterations. Again, the incremental nature of the delivery allows you to choose how much you pay and when.

Solution Delivery
As each increment is completed we will test it and deliver it. We will then work with you to ensure it meets all your expectations. The incremental nature of the delivery means that you get a working solution as soon as possible and we can refine the functionality in later releases.

Support and Maintenance
As your business grows your requirements will change at in order to provide maximum value we realize that your software will also have to evolve and so we will continue to support the solution as part of our ongoing service.
